digital painting
photoshop 7 wacom overlayed texture of handmade paper (mine) based on my own reference self it's been quite a while (by my standards) that i've painted. i hope this doesn't disappoint. just so you know, this is very stylized, and different from the reference... it's been hard for me moving away from mimickry, i'm happy with this. it's hard to write what it is i want to express what i mean with this piece. with me, it seems to be either eyes open or eyes closed, this is because i keep my thoughts and emotions well guarded, i don't easily express, not physically and at times not verbally either. i make myself up, i dress carefully, i wear that pink like armor and no one has any idea what's going on... and i like it that way. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
